Consultancy support for a leading UK University

The project involved research into the UK market in connection with certain Academic issues and to recommend/implement appropriate action to develop emerging opportunities.

The project involved a considerable amount of desk based research into the UK market for courses and training, particularly those offered by UK Universities.

A considerable amount of desk based research was undertaken in order to gather in the necessary information which was then used to inform recommendations. This focussed on gathering insight into the UK academic market and specifically the courses/training offered by Universities.

Having completed the research phase of the project, we then recommended market development strategies which our client then implemented with our support.

The results were pleasing and new opportunities were created which our client sought to harness. As our client commented:
