EPIC (Elliott-Potter International Consultancy Ltd) was founded by Victoria Elliott-Potter, and is based in Rayleigh, Essex.
Victoria is a memorable & motivational coach award winning coach, who has herself overcome relatable challenges in difficult times. In turn, she has helped thousands of individuals over the years achieve their full potential in almost all sectors. Vicky develops coaching to suit the delegates & their circumstances, & creates workshops that have been adopted by others both nationally and internationally. Her specialist areas are business strategy, driving profits, marketing and in depth sales coaching.
As well as private clients, Vicky works with many government funded projects to enable business owners to achieve their full potential through results focussed coaching. Vicky has worked both within the corporate world as a senior leader, also as a consultant and as self-employed professional.
No stranger to economic crisis, in the 2008-13 recession Vicky set up a profitable retail business alongside her previous consultancy business, and in the more recent COVID-19 pandemic Vicky has set up a very successful local gardening business, (Rayleigh Gardeners) to safely serve the local community. These trade as part of EPIC Limited. These entrepreneurial actions give gravitas to her training content, engagement & delivery.
Vicky is a keynote speaker and coach and has attended well over 400 business conferences across the UK and the EMEA in the last 16 years. EPIC provides high energy training that will improve business skills & commercial results. Delegates tell us they have fun too.
