Vicki spent 5 years in generalist HR support before specialising in Recruitment and joining Reed 19 years ago. Vicki has experienced being a Temporary Worker and Client of Reed and uses these experiences to reflect, inform and grow her business.
Vicki’s passion is working consultatively with clients to create added value. This includes delivering bespoke events which she has enjoyed throughout the duration of her career. Vicki and her team regularly facilitate Employment Law updates and best practice job seeker workshops to Schools and Colleges. Throughout her Reed career, Vicki has coached and mentored a team across the disciplines of Recruitment and Sales best practice.
Vicki works in partnership with her clients to provide an end-to-end service including advice on best practice recruitment and candidate attraction, writing and tailoring role profiles, salary benchmarking, interview techniques and the offer and onboarding process.
Vicki’s successes include volume and high compliance recruitment across the public and private sector including a fast turnaround 2020 response for the Ambulance Service.
She has worked with a diverse clientele from local SME’s to blue chip organisations and, whilst the principles are the same, tailoring her approach is key.
With up to date and real-life experience of the challenges faced with recruiting and retaining a work force, Vicki is able to guide clients through the end of end journey of hiring in 2022.
