Victoria Cooper is the Managing Director for WE Talent a professional recruitment consultancy supporting businesses across the East of England.
Victoria spent 5 years in generalist HR support before specialising in Recruitment and worked for global recruiter Reed for nearly 19 years before progressing to run her own business.
She has extensive training and expertise in working to advise on the end-to-end recruitment process including advice on best practice recruitment and candidate attraction, writing and tailoring role profiles, salary benchmarking, interview techniques and the offer and onboarding process.
Victoria has coached and trained a recruitment team on recruitment and sales best practice for the last 12 years and regularly hosted events including Employment Law updates and a CIPD webinar.
The businesses she has supported have ranged from start-ups to blue chip organisations so Victoria is able to tailor her approach in workshops or one to one coaching. She enjoys problem solving and finding out about the challenges faced by business owners.
